The Bard's Guitar Quest
Travel to Stonewalk Cross (the first island area). Make sure you have at least $125,000 saved up.
Find the Bard NPC near the campfire area. Talk to him and he'll ask you to find his lost guitar.
Enter the cave on Island 1 (the main cave entrance).
Immediately turn left after entering the cave.
Look for a small corner/grassy area - you can walk down into it. The guitar is hidden there. You can also talk to a skeleton NPC in this area.
Pick up the guitar and return to the Bard outside the cave.
Give him his guitar back. You'll receive the "Lost Guitar" quest completion badge and the Secret Key.

Accessing the Fallen Angel's Cave
Go back into the main cave on Island 1.
This time, turn right instead of left (opposite direction from where you found the guitar).
Look for a locked door - it should be visible in this area.
Use your Secret Key to unlock the door.
Enter the Fallen Angel's Cave - this is the secret area!
Find the vendor inside and purchase the Arcane Pickaxe for $125,000.
